Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my sites if I downgrade?
Your sites will remain online, but you won't be able to create new sites beyond your plan's limit. Custom domains will also be disabled for sites exceeding your plan's allowance.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.
Is there a limit on bandwidth or storage?
All plans include generous bandwidth and storage limits suitable for most static sites. If you need more, contact us about custom enterprise plans.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are available on Pro and Agency plans. Simply add your domain in the site settings and configure your DNS records. SSL certificates are automatically provisioned.
What static site generators are supported?
We support Hugo, Jekyll, Next.js (static export), Astro, and plain HTML. You can also use any other generator that outputs static files.
